Frequently Asked Questions
Can I participate in more than one category of the competition?
Yes, you can submit one entry per category, provided that you fulfill all criteria (e.g. age).
Can other people participate in the submission?
The video games should be a product of your own abilities and creativeness. Therefore, we are only able to accept individual submissions.
In what language can I submit my video game?
All participants are requested to submit video games in English since this would enable reaching out to a wider audience.
I do not see my video game on the eSkills for Jobs YouTube channel. What could be the reason for that?
All submitted video games will undergo a selection process in order to make sure that all participating video games are eligible and fulfil all the criteria of the competition. All eligible submitted video games will be disseminated on the eSkills for Jobs YouTube channel. If you do not find your video game among the disseminated videos, this means that your video game does not fulfil the eligibility criteria.
What are the prizes for the winners?
Each category will be sponsored by an eSkills stakeholder. The prizes will be announced soon. The Prizes might include paid internships, free trainings, certification vouchers or digital devices/equipment.
Will travel and accommodation be covered by the organisers?
Travel to Bratislava for the event in October and accommodation expenses for one winner and one runner-up will be covered by the eSkills for Jobs campaign.
